Amazing Sue’s Sponsored Hair Cut in aid of HER Breast Friends

Sue Clarke one of our lovely members,  had her head shaved in aid of the Charity.   On Wednesday 17th June 2015, usually a day for our Drop In and Craft Group to get together,  in front of her friends from the Charity,  Sue allowed hairdresser Emma to cut off all her long hair and has to date raised over £250.00 in sponsorship for this very courageous act!    Everyone watched in amazement as bit by bit,  Sue’s hair fell.   Sue said ‘I decided that I was going to have my hair cut off in aid of the Charity a while ago,  and no-one was going to change my mind!’

The money raised by Sue will help the Charity to continue to support local people affected by breast cancer, by helping to fund the Wig Bank, the Buddleia Therapy Room, the Breast Awareness Campaign Team and much, much more.
