Founders Nieces Run Hull 10k in Her Memory!

Amy and Laura,  nieces of our Founder Jan Jones are lining up with 1000’s of other runners taking part in the Hull 10k on Sunday 2nd June 2019.

Speaking to Laura she said “We are taking part in this run, not only in memory of our inspirational Auntie, but also to raise money for HER Breast Friends,  the fantastic charity that she was the founder of.  We have supported HER Breast Friends since the early days starting with tombola’s and raffles in village halls to helping out with the Pink Pamper Days.  We have watched in amazement, seeing the Charity grow as it has done and continue to be inspired by the invaluable support it provides.”

Laura continues “We are so proud of Jan in everything she did and miss her dearly.  Our family from near and far will be supporting us on the day but if anyone else would like to support us, all sponsorship will be greatly received.”
