Relax and Recharge with Felicity King

Felicity King, a member of Women in Business, an organisation supporting the Charity,  has kindly offered to provide 3 exclusive ‘Relax and Recharge’ sessions solely for HER Breast Friends members and supporters – what a treat!

Lasting approximately 40 minutes, the sessions will take place on 23^rd & 30^th December 2020 plus 6^th January 2021, between 8pm and 9pm.  All sessions will be live via Zoom, introduced by Felicity, then followed by a guided relaxation to calm the mind and sooth the body, ready for restorative sleep. 

So all you need to do is get as comfy as you can in your PJs or other comfy clothes, find a quiet space and enjoy!  Please note, no cameras will be enabled,  just the sound of music and the spoken word! 

You are invited to join all 3 sessions,  2 sessions or just 1 session and leave when you wish – whatever suits.

Please click on the Zoom link below and enter the passcode when prompted about 10 minutes before the start of each session.  Felicity will accept you into the session, then just enjoy some deeply recharging time for yourself!
