Terms and conditions
- Please pack item(s) securely with the original packaging and send it to us at the address below, so that it is received within 7 working days of the day of delivery. Please include all contact details and please keep confirmation of return i.e. proof of posting.
- Refunds shall be given for the relevant purchase price per item(s) within 14 working days of return (or within 30 days is initial payment was made by cheque).
- Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) safely to us unless we delivered the item(s) to you in error or the item is faulty.
- The Charity will refund any relevant postage and packing costs at the Second Class rate.
The Charity is happy to exchange any t-shirts in their original packaging which are found to be ill-fitting. Unworn t-shirts should be returned to the address below with details of the exchange size required and the delivery name and address to send it to. You will need to pay the postage costs incurred in returning the good for exchange.
