How we can support you

We provide over 32,000 patient/client contacts per year!

We provide a wide range of support, therapies, information and guidance to local people affected by breast cancer and also to their families and friends at whatever stage of the journey they are on whether worried about testing, recently diagnosed, secondary breast cancer, or needing support for someone you know.

Please know you are not alone!

Here are some of the ways we can support you:

In addition to the above we also have a Book Bank and arrange a variety of activities such as, flower arranging, craft making, self-help techniques plus many more to improve overall wellbeing.

Our Resource Library holds a wide range of leaflets and other sources of information, including various DVDs, on topics such as diet, exercise, family and breast screening. We also have a stock of special memory boxes called ‘Little Box of Big Thoughts’. These are provided free to those living with secondary or metastatic breast cancer.

It’s not always about money, we help in other ways too. A few examples of how we have helped in the past include, going to chemo sessions with a lady as a ‘chemo buddy’, wedding day wig/hair preparation, the list goes on.

Everyone is welcome to come along, have a cup of tea and a chat; find out what we can offer and enjoy the company of others who support each other and the Charity.

We will continue to seek ways to support those affected by breast cancer, to raise funds to provide our services and promote our Charity in all that we do.
